The Pasture - Another New Release

I am back with a couple of cards made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamp's newly released
"The Pasture"   For the first card, I stamped the image on white card stock.  I colored the image using my trusty Copics.  Not sure how I managed before I found Copics.   It wasn't easy.   ~grin~. On the grass in front of the pasture I mixed my brown and green colors.  I colored the sky in orange tones to give

For my second card I went with a Winter look.  I stamped the image on white card stock.  I colored my trees using very light gray colors.   I added Snow Tex to my sky and the ground.   I had never used Snow Tex before, but I really like the affect it gives.  I am not sure it shows well enough for you to see the snow on the ground.

In our area, we have only seen a dusting of snow, so far.  According to the forecast, my yard just might look like the the one in this card before the end of the month.   I personally prefer just a dusting of snow.  Dustings do not last very long.

Check out the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps blog to see other cards of my team mates.  Blue Knight has a Facebook Fan Page that you might want to check out.

Thanks, so much, for coming by today.  I really appreciate the visit.  Have a great week.

  3. What fabulous contrasting cards from the one stamped image. I have never used snow tex either and lets hope if you get snow it is just a dusting x. Both of cards are stunning x
