I made this for the Featured Stamper on Splitcoast yesterday. BubblestX4 was the FS. She has a wonderful gallery. I chose a card she made a month ago because I has sent her a message to tell her I would be casing her card. Her card used the same Spellbinders Decorative Curved Square die. She had Celebrate Love and a heart on her card, using black, white and red colors.
I used Navy, (even though it looks black in the pic) pink and green galore card stock. I used the same Spellbinders Decorative Curved Square die and the other dies are from Our Daily Bread Designs.
This is rare, I did not use any stamps.
I bet a lot of you are getting snow today. I have always said that it can snow, just not on the roadways and sidewalks so finally we got that snow. We have about 2 inches, I am guessing. We have had warm temps for the last couple of weeks so the snow melts off the pavement as soon as it hits. Yes, this is my kind of snow.
I know a lot of you in the northern states are getting a lot of snow that is sticking. You all stay in, if possible, and stay safe.
Very fun and festive card! (We are supposed to get snow starting tonight.)
ReplyDeleteFABulous colours Shirley..

What a fun card Shirley! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteYour card today expresses my sentiments exactly!! I feel like celebrating because we did not get a much snow as expected, but got less mixed with a little sleet and freezing rain - So yes, I feel like sending off some balloons to celebrate - LOVE that this is all dies, used in such a creative way with the framing! Got to love the bright pink and green set off by the white - so cheerful!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful, Shirley!! I love the festive balloons!! I have that background die and I've never used it...you've inspired me!! Love this!! Have a great day!! Big hugs :)
