Winter Birds

Welcome back, friends.  Today I am sharing a new release, from Blue Knight Rubber stamps,  called Winter Birds.  Today, in my neighborhood, it is 40 degrees and suppose to turn really cold tonight.  I am not ready for winter, but I think sweet winter birds are prepared for cooler temps.

For the first card, I decided to use some winter designer paper.  I used postage stamp die for the outer frame.   I stamped the birds on white card stock.  I colored them using my Copic Markers.  I used heart dies to cut the image out and one for the navy shadow.

For the second card,  I stamped the image on white card stock and colored it with Copic Markers.  I used rectangle dies to cut it out and made layers using DP and Cardstock.

I hope you all have a good week.  For those of you that are experiencing colder weather, be sure to wrap up nice and warm,  like the winter birds in the image I used today.

Blue Knight - Books and Kittens

Good Monday Morning to all of you.  I don't know about you, but the weekend just seemed to fly right by. I suppose that is how it goes, time flies when you are having fun, they say.  :).   Today I am sharing a couple of cards that I made with one of latest releases from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  This one is called Books and Kittens.

For the first card, I started by stamping my image on white card stock.  I colored it using my Copic Markers.  I used a Gina Marie chain rectangle die to cut the mage out.  I cut a yellow and red piece of card stock using the Gina Marie dies, as well.  I layered them and then attached them to the card base.

For my second card, I did basically the same as I did on my first card, I just used different colors of card stock.

Thank you, so much, for stopping by today.  I hope you have a fabulous week.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Books and Candies

Good Morning, Friends.  I hope you had a lovely weekend and are adjusting to this cooler weather.  I am not adjusting very well.   I am not a fan of cold weather, but I suppose I will have to pull up my big girl pants and get use to it.

Today I am going to share a couple of cards with you that I made using the Blue Knight Stamp called Books and Candies.

For this card I chose some colorful paper and just stamped it with my image and sentiment.  I made my mats and adhered them to the card base.  Very quick, colorful and easy.  For those of you who like to make cards and do not like to color this would be a perfect way to use this stamp.

For my second card, this is perfect those of you who like to color.  I stamped my image on white card stock.  I colored it using Copic markers.  I cut my image out and applied it to designer paper that looked like burlap.  I adhered my image to it.  I made the mats and adhered all card pieces to the card base.

Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my cards today.  Have a wonderful week.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Rural Mailboxes

Hello Friends,  today I am sharing a couple cards made with the Rural Mailbox stamp, a new release from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.

The first card was started by using a heart die cut to cut the heart out of the white card stock.  I stamped the blessings sentiment on it and it was from the Blue Knight Blessings One Line Sentiments. I cut a larger piece of blue card stock to go behind the white c/s.  I took my colored image and cut it into the heart shape.  I place the colored heart over the blue c/s and adhered it to the back side of the white c/s.  I adhered the white c/s to the designer paper.  I added blue c/s behind it.  Then it was time to adhere it to the card base.
The second card was started by stamping the image on white c/s.  I colored the image using Copic markers.  I adhered it to the panels and added them all to the card base.  I used the Wonderful One Line Sentiment stamps for the two sentiments that I used.  I hope you didn't roll your eyes when you saw my pink mailbox. ~grin~. I use to have a pink mailbox outside my house just to use for people needing to pick up things when I was not home.  We took it out a few years ago.  It seemed like it was getting in peoples way that were leaving our house.

Thank you, for coming by today and taking a look at my blog. Have a great week.

Blue Knight - Waving Wheat Stamp

Hello Friends.  Today I am back to share with you, two cards made with a new Stamp by Blue Knight Rubber Stamp called Waving Wheat.

I started this card by stamping the Waving Wheat on a piece of what card stock using Black Momento Ink.

The sentiment to this set was stamped using SU Crushed Curry.    I colored the image using Copic Markers and added gems to finished off my card

I chose designer paper for this card.  I thought the colors of it would look really nice with the Wheat.

Thank you, so much for stopping by today to take a look at my cards.  Come back soon.
