Free For All - Dogs Are Kids, Too

I am the host for the Free 4 All challenge this week. The challenge is Dogs are Kids, too. (at my house they are) Use a dog stamp for this challenge and for those who may not have dog stamps, they can use images of little kids. I want everyone to have the opportunity to play.

I used a Squigglefly image called Devotion by Lynne Stansbery. Squigglefly is no longer in business which makes me sad, they had cute images.  I  really miss Lynn's images. She is a great artist and a favorite.

I hope you will come over to Splitcoast Stampers and join us for the challenge.

Have a good weekend.

QKR Stampede - April Showers Bring May Flowers

The theme for the QKR Stampede blog is "April Showers Bring May Flowers".   I chose to use the image Flower Pots #8607.  The April showers have sure made my Azalea bushes bloom really pretty.
For this challenge you could use an image with rain, umbrella's, etc. for this challenge.  Be sure and go over to the blog to see what my team mates have made for this challenge.  They have some cute cards to share with you.

Thanks, for stopping in today.

MFP -Butterflies

 MFP Butterflies

Here are the cards   made with the Bearded Iris set.

I am not sure what this type of card is called,  my friend, Sue,  showed me how to make them last year when she came to visit. I  guess it is a spotlight technique.

QKR Stampede - Color Challenge

It is time for another challenge for QKR Stampede.  This week we have a color challenge, we are to use Brown, Dusty Pink, Green, Vanilla and Gray.   My brown is on the hooves, dusty pink and gray on the ram, Green grass and the clouds were sponged over the vanilla.    I used the QKR Stampede Old Ram image #15611.

Isn't funny how we plan to use one image and end up using something totally different?   I was going to do flowers, I thought the colors would look great with a flower image.

Be sure and come over to the blog to join us for the challenge.  You just might win some cute images if you do.

Thanks, for stopping by my blog today.  I always love hearing from you.

Eureka Buttons and Bows

Hi, it is time for another Eureka stamp challenge.  This week the challenge is "Buttons and Bows".   I chose to use the Eureka image Dorky Bird - #24405.   It looks like someone is having a birthday celebration with the balloons that Dorky Bird has on her wing.

The bow is pretty obvious, but I bet some are wondering where the button is.    I gave her a jeweled belly button.  I hope that counts.  ~smile~

Be sure and head over to the Eureka blog to check out my  Teamie's cards.  We hope you will join us for the challenge.

Thanks for stopping by today.

QKR Stampede - Anything Postal

The QKR challenge for this week is Snail Mail or Anything Postal.   I am using the
Turtle Slow Mail Delivery image #5702 on my card today.   This poor turtle is hoping this letter does not contain time sensitive material or he is going to be in big trouble.

I used a piece of burlap that was leftover from another project.  I thought it went perfect with Mr. Turtle Slow Mail Delivery.

Head on over to the QKR challenge blog and see the cards my team mates have made.   We sure hope you will join us for the challenge this week.  We love seeing your cards and great ideas.

Eureka Sketch Challenge

Hi, it is Monday and time for another challenge over at the Eureka Stamp Blog.  I really had some fun with the sketch and I got to use some scraps from my bulging scrap bags.     I used the Eureka Image Saguaro # 55703.    For some reason, I am drawn to Southwest images and this one screamed, "Use Me".   So I did.  ~Smile~

I hope you will head on over to the blog and check out the sketch so you can get started on your card.  Our lucky winners get their choice of  Eureka Digi's.  We can't wait to see what you make.

Spring Has Sprung - QKR Stampede

The challenge for the QKR Stampede Blog for this week is to make a card with the theme,  Spring Has Sprung.   Flowers, gardens, animals, fishing, picnics,  etc.  are just a few things that could be the perfect image for this challenge.   I used the Smiling Flowers Image #17002 for my card.  Lots of flowers and trees are budding in my yard.   Spring can't decide to completely Spring here,  the weather changes every couple of days from warm to cooler.

Head on over to the QKR Stampede challenge blog to see what the other team mates have made to share with you this week.  I have already peeked at their cards and they are cute.  Be sure to enter to your card and have a chance to win some free digi's.

Eureka - Stick Horse Baby Card

The challenge over at the Eureka blog is to make a baby card.  This little Stick Horse #15301 really caught my eye when I was looking for the perfect baby stamp.   Our grandsons were always into rodeo and now they have baby girls of their own.   I thought this would make a perfect card for a first birthday because they still love anything that is horse related.

Thank you, for stopping by today.  I hope you will join us for the Eureka Baby card challenge.

One Of Those Days

The challenge for the QKR Stampede blog is to make a card with Foolish Thoughts-Something Funny.   I used the One Of Those Days Image #10709.   I colored it with copics.  My paper was in my scrap bin and I like using it because I have a lot of it.  The plunger and wrench are clip art.  The sentiment was computer generated.  The inside says, "I forgot your Birthday".

I hope you got a smile out of my card today.   Humor is good for the soul, at least that is a saying I have heard  a lot.  I tend to agree with it.

Be sure and enter your humorous card in the QKR Stampede challenge this week.   You will have a chance of winning some digi stamps.

Have a fun and safe weekend.
