Resting Fox

I don’t have a new computer set up,  but I decided to post this with my I Pad which I only know the basics on. Since I did not have the cards to take pictures, because I had already mailed them,  I went to the Blue Knight Rubber stamps Design Team Album to copy them.  Sorry I don’t have links for the products that I used.   I tried to make them, but my IPad and I are not communicating well with each other.  ðŸ˜€   All stamps are from Blue Knight rubber stamps.

The first card was made by using The Resting Fox  stamp set. I colored the image with Copics.  The sentiment is from the Prayer Flower stamp set.

My second card is made using the Waterfall in the Woods set.  I colored it with Copics and used a Marvy snow marker.  I added a frame and a die cut sentiment for the finishing touch.

Thanks, for coming by and taking a look at my cards.

Snow Fun

I am having "snow" much fun with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Snow Buddies stamp set.  I had this image stamped out so it was a pretty quick card this morning.   I had it ready in about 30 minutes.  A really quick card for me.  It is super easy to color.    I made it for a Splitcoast challenge and I am needing tons more Christmas cards so I killed two birds with one stone, as the saying goes.
I colored the image using Copics and used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil to make my puffy clouds.

Thanks, so much,  for coming by today to check out my card.

Blue Knight Bank Barn and Ship with Clouds

This month Lynn of Blue Knight Rubber Stamps let us pick out the stamps we wanted for our cards this month.  Thank  you,  Lynn, that was a nice gesture and I  appreciate it, very much.  My first card was made with the Bank Barn stamp set.  I really enjoyed coloring this fabulous barn with Copics.  I sponged the clouds using Heidi Pettie cloud stencil, a sponge dauber and turquoise ink.

My second card was made using the Ship with Clouds stamp set.  I did minimal  coloring of the ship with Copics and sponged in the clouds to finish off the image.

Have a great week and I am happy you came by today.

Seasonal Woodlands

Hi, Everyone,   I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  Monday has rolled around again and it is time for me to show you a couple of cards made with Seasonal Woodlands image made by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  The sentiment is from is from the Love Was Born stamp set.

This week the design team made cards with shimmer and shine on them.  We were to make  our first card for Winter and the next one could be a season of our choice,  I chose Christmas.

The first card was made using Ken Oliver Color Bursts and Heidi Swapp Gold Shimmer Spray.  I also added a star die cut to brighten up the sky.

The second card was made with the same stamp and it also was made using Ken Oliver Color Bursts.  I added some bling to it to make it look like there was a wintry mix falling  from the sky.

I hope you liked my cards for today.  I appreciate you coming by.

Blue Knight Wolf

Hi everyone,  I am back with a couple of cards to share with you today.   Both cards were made using Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Wolf with a Scene  and both images were colored with Copics.    For this first card I, got out my pine cone die and added them in the bottom corner attaching them with glue.

The second card is mostly like the first card other than I changed the design on it.

Thank you, for stopping in today.  Have a great week.

Thankful Raccoons

Here I am back with the raccoon card that I told you was going to be coming soon.   These little guys from the Family Is Everything stamp set by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps have been really fun to work with.  I have had a blast fixing them up for the upcoming holidays.  I am already visualizing them in birthday hats and decorating their den for Valentine's Day and Easter.

I fussy cut my pumpkins from a piece of Paper Studio paper and I used a pumpkin die for the orange pumpkins.  I used a branch punch for the branches and added some orange berries to decorate the outside of their den.  I hope raccoons call their home their den,  I failed to look up that information.

Thanks, again, for coming by and checking out my card.   Have a great weekend.

Family Is Everything - Raccoons

Hello,  Friends.  I am back today to share a couple of cards that I made using Blue Knight's Rubber Stamps "Family Is Everything".  My challenge from Blue Knight was to make two cards using this set showing a winter season and then to show another season on the second card.  This first card is definitely wintry with the ice on the front of it.  Okay,  I confess, it really is not ice, but I did use clear embossing powder on the image to make it appear to be icy.    Before I applied the clear embossing, I used a white gel pen to create the snow.
For the second card, I decide to do a card for the Christmas season.  I had fun with this one.  I colored the image, added some glaze to the eyes of the raccoons and popped some cute little Santa hats on them.  I added Holly under the raccoons to help make their little home look like Christmas.  The Santa hats came from Hobby Lobby.  Thanks, so much, for coming by to check out my cards today.  It is very appreciated.

I will be back real soon with another card I made with the little raccoons.  I just couldn't stop with two cards with this sweet stamp set.

Seasonal Woodland Cards

Hello, my crafty friends.  We just changed times in the United States yesterday.  We have Daylight Savings Time.  It is always a hard adjustment trying to regulate our bodies to waking up an hour earlier than we were.  I, personally, prefer to have one time for the whole year instead of changing twice a year.

Today my first card is a Christmas card with a winter sky to share with you.  The image that I used is the Blue Knight Rubber Stamp Seasonal Woodland.  I used the Blue Knight Day and Night Pan Pastels, Sunrise and Sunset Pan Pastels and a Heidi Pettie cloud stencil.  I added pink die cut words and a silver deer die cut using glitter paper.  On the bottom of the image,  I added glitter for the snow.

My second card is done with the same main image, but I made it a Fall Card using the Fall colors in the clouds.  I used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil, Day & Night Pan Pastels and Sunrise and Sunset Pan Pastels.  The sentiment is from the Bible Verse 2 stamp set.

Have a great week and thank you, for stopping in today.

Blue Knight Anything, But A Card

Hello, Stamping Friends.  Today I made a gift bag for the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Blog.    Our challenge for this week was to make anything, but a card.  This is the first gift bag I have made.   I started out with a brown paper lunch sack.  I layered card stock and designer paper on the lower part of the sack.  On the top part I used a scalloped die to cut scallops with the same papers.  I stamped my wreath image (Thank You Wreath) on white card stock and used a circle die to cut it out.  I added a scalloped layer behind it following with another white circle to complete my layers.  My image was colored using Copics.  I used dimensionals to attach my image to my gift bag.  I put glaze on the bee's wings.  I stamped my bee image  from the  Honey Bee and Sunflower stamp set and colored it with Copics. I fussy cut the bee from the flower image.   To finish off my bag,  I used white tulle to make a bow to tie down the flap of the bag.

Thank you, for stopping by today.  I hope to see you again real soon.

Winter Friends

I am so far behind on Christmas cards so I am happy that I got one more made this morning, thanks, to a challenge on Splitcoast Stampers.  I don't know if you can tell, but I absolutely love this cute stamp set by Blue Knight called Winter Buddies.  You will be seeing me use it a lot more.  There are just so many color combos that I can use on those scarves. ~grin~  More cards to come, I bet.

I used Copics to color the images.  The sky was made with turquoise ink,  the Heidi Pettie
cloud stencil and a sponge dauber.  Easy peasy.

Thanks, for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend.

Barnyard Birthday

Today I am sharing a card I made with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  I used the Barnyard Gate and  I'll never stop believing stamp sets.    For the month of October the Blue Knight design team was challenged to combine stamps.  I was suppose to use the I'll Never Stop Believing set and I decided to pair it with barnyard gate.  I loved the finished product.  I think this little gal is having a great birthday party in the barn.  I can visualize birthday decorations inside and places set up for birthday games.  Oh, wait, there is a cute little pony with braida and ribbons all saddled up waiting to give pony rides.

This was a fun card to make.  I hope you enjoyed seeing it.

I colored the image with copics and sponged the clouds using the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil.

Looks like it is going to be a rainy and stormy day in my neck of the woods.  Lots of rain and wind. The weather radio woke me up early this morning so I might have to catch a nap later.  :)

Have a great day and I hope you have some nice weather in your neighborhood.

Woof

I  love this sweet little pup that is from Sweet & Sassy.  It is really old, it actually was a digital stamp.  I lost this image when lightening crashed my computer and I didn't have it backed up.
Anyway, I had colored this image years ago and I decided to use it on a card for a Splitcoast Stampers challenge.  The sentiment is computer generated.  The paper is old, too, but like the pup, I didn't tire of it either.  ~smile~

Mountain Scenes

Here are two cards I made using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Mountain Scene and theMama Bear and Friends Set.  The sentiment on the snow globe came from the Come Let Us Adore Him stamp set.  I colored my mountains using Copics.  The sky on both cards were made using Pan Pastels.

Don't forget the Fans Of Blue Knight Challenge is still going on.

Horse Barn and Birthday Fun

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps challenges for this month was to combine stamps.  I finished my challenges, but this card was in my head so I decided to go ahead and make it.  I used the  Horse Barn and the Birthday Fun set.  The barn has always been one of my favorites.

You will see my other two projects with combining of stamps in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks,  for coming by and taking a peek of my card.  Have a great weekend.

Tiger Swallow Tail Butterfly and Window On The Wall

Hello, Stamping Friends.   I am sharing a card with you that is being shared on the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Blog today.  Our challenge for the month of October was to combine stamp sets.  The stamp set I was assigned to use today was the Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly.  This set comes with two butterfly images, I used the large one.  My butterfly was stamped on water color paper and it was colored using Ken Oliver Color Bursts.  I love the vivid colors.  I fussy cut the butterfly and decorated it with blue and purple pearls.   I chose the Window in the Wall stamp set to use with the butterfly.  I colored my image using Copics and added the butterfly.  My Sentiment is from the Mini Greetings 1 stamp set.

Thanks, for stopping by today.  Have a great week.

Blue Knight Thank You Wreath Plus One More Set

Hi, Stampers.    This month our design team challenge was to use an assigned stamp set and add a random image from another  set from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  What a fun challenge.  The Thank You Wreath was the assigned stamp I used on this card.  It was a little difficult to find and image that did not take away from the beautiful wreath.  I finally decided on the small butterfly from the Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly stamp set.   I stamped the wreath using brown VersaMark Ink.   I colored my images using Copics.  I really love the blue-green color.   The sentiment is from the Bible Verse 2 stamp set.  This is one of my most "go to" sentiments.  It is so perfect for someone who is sick or having a difficult time in life.

Are you a fan of Blue Knight Rubber Stamps on Facebook?  If not, please come and join us.  There is a challenge using the Blue Knight stamps this month for the Fans.    The prize to the winner is a stamp set of your choice from Blue Knight and a stamp platform.  If you do not have a stamp platform yet,  I can tell you they are great.  I love mine.   And-----if you do have a stamp platform, it is always good to have a spare just in case the first one breaks.  Believe it or not, they do break sometimes.  Full details for this challenge is posted on the Facebook page.

I don't know if you combine your stamps, but it is a fun thing to do.   It definitely helps one to grow in card making.  I love challenges.  They  can make us think outside the little box we work in.  My little box has lots of room for growing.

Thanks, once again, for taking the time to come by and take a look at my card.  I hope you were able to find some inspiration.  Have a wonderful day.

The Winter Buddie's Have Been Framed

Here is another sweet card I made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps new release called
Winter Buddies.  This time I framed them using a die from Cheery Lynn.  Once again, I used my trusty Copics to color the image.  I sponged clouds on the sky using a Heidi Pettie cloud stencil.

Winter Buddies

Hi, today I am back with a winter card.  Whether I like it or not, winter is not far off for us.  I love this cute image with this little snowman and the bunny with a scarf that matches in color.  This one just makes me smile. (even if I am not ready for snow anytime soon)  This Blue Knight Rubber Stamp is called Winter Buddies.   I stamped my image on a square that I had cut out using a double stitched die.  I colored it with Copics.  I used the Cloud Template by Heidi Pettie and SU Turquoise ink to make my clouds.  I thought adding the plaid paper was a perfect match with the little buddies and their red and black scarves.  I added the Blessings die cut and added some white dots on it using acrylic paint.

I hope you like my card as much as I do.  It was a fun one to make.  Have a great week.

Another Birthday Card

Another birthday card I made when working on Girlie Girl birthday cards.  I used Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Daisies and Roses for this one.  I colored the image with Copics, my favorite for coloring.

Girlie Girl Birthday Card

I am working on birthday cards today.  I needed some girlie girl cards for my stash.  I used Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Half Bouquet stamp on this one.  I used a border die by Our Daily Bread and the sentiment is from the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Best Wishes sentiment set.  I love the font on this one.

Hope you all are having a good week.  So far, so good, here.  ~smile~

Blue Knight Silhouette Stag with Frame

I decided to make just one more card with my Blue Knight Silhouette Stag stamp set before I put it away.  This just might be my favorite one.  I used my Pan Pastels, I am really enjoying using them, especially with my silhouettes.  They sure make quick cards.  The longest part of making this card was deciding my design and papers.  It usually takes me forever because I think my paper needs to match perfectly.  (I always do my image first without thinking about paper-Some day I will learn)  Ha, Ha, Ha.

The colors I used on my card were Permanent Red, Magenta, Orange, Yellow,Violet and Ulta Marine Blue.  I mixed a lot of the colors.    I generally work with them until I get the vivid colors I want.  I like the way the bright colors pop on the black card stock.

Hope you are having a good Monday.  Have a great week.

Silhouette Train and Pan Pastels

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps has done it again.  Yes, another great release stamp called Silhouette Train.  This was a fun one to work with.  I used my Pan Pastel Day & Night Palette and the Pan Pastel Sunrise and Sunset Palette to make my pretty background and it was super easy.

Put Your Hands Up

I got this stamp from Your Next Stamp and I am just now getting around to using it.  I loved the sentiments that were with it.   The inside says, "That's An Order-Happy Birthday".

The weather has cooled off and we are enjoying it.  Last night we went to a cookout and bond fire.  I love this time of year, but I am not ready for the cold weather and snow.  The Farmers Almanac says it is going to be cold and snowy.  Ugh!

QKR One Sick Puppy

I am filling in over at QKR Stampede Blog.  I made this card using the image Sick as a Dog and the
sentiment One Sick Puppy.  These stamps come in both digital and rubber stamps.  I really like this image.  For some reason, I always do this pup in blue colors.  Maybe because if the dog was female  and in imaginary life you would see her at the stove cooking in a pink cast with a thermometer in her mouth and a couple little pups hanging on her hips.   I know, I will never make a living doing stand up comedy so I will be quite.   LOL

You all have a wonderful weekend.

Trip To Lancaster

Here is a card I made for my Free 4 All Challenge on Splitcoast.   This is an old stamp set, but it is one I still love. It is always easy to make a scene with this one. I positioned stamps on my stamp platform and inked them up with black Marvy Euchida ink. My favorite ink for clear stamps. I colored in the grass and the dirt.  I went over the dirt with a stamp for tiny grass blooms from the SU Watercolor Mini set using Cocoa ink. I sponged the clouds and Viola, I have a Amish scene. Thanks, for looking.

Lifeguard at the Beach

Combining stamps is always fun.  For this card I combined Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Beach Scene, Beach Chairs & Accessories, Sand Castle & Accessories  and  the Birds set with  Our Daily Bread Designs Lifeguard.   I love having the accessories stamps because they can really dress up an otherwise dull card.    I colored the images with Copics and sponged in the clouds using a cloud template.

Thanks, so much, for taking a look at my card today.

Silhouette Stag

Hello, my crafting friends.  I am sharing a card with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Silhouette Stag.   This card is being featured on the Blog today.  My background was made using a cloud template.   I sponged over the template using  Day and Night Pan Pastels and Sunrise and Sunset Pan Pastels.

It is hard to believe this is the last week of August.  The first day of Fall is only four weeks away.  I love Fall,  but I am not ready for the cold weather that follows.  I suppose I will have to put on my big girl pants and deal with it. Don't you think?  ~grin~

Hope you all have a great week.

Meet Me At The Docks

This was a very quick and easy card. It was probably one of the quickest that I have ever made.I used Blue Knight Rubber Stamps (Meet Me at the Docks) and Pan Pastels.  I will be teaching some ladies how to make this card this week.  I hope they enjoy it.

Christmas Poinsettia

I am sharing my Poinsettia card with you today that is being featured on theInspire and Create Blue Knight Blog today.  The Poinsettia image can be found Here.  I used LCI Metallic Gold Paper on the background and then layered some white die cut frames over it.   I stamped my image, colored it with Copics and added clear embossing over it.  For the finishing touch,  I added some gold beads/gems around the frame.

Have you started on your Christmas cards?  I have only done a few so I really need to get busy and make more of them.  I actually have a really cute one that I will be sharing with you in late September.  I can't wait for you to see it.

Who'll Stop The Rain

I am hosting the Free For All Challenge this week over at Splitcoast Stampers.  The challenge is about rain or the lack of rain.  In our area, we have had some nearby towns that have been experiencing rainfall due to all the rain we have had.  Other areas are in need of rain due to their lack of it.   This way the challenge will suit both causes.  For imaginary extra credit,  they can relate their card to a song about rain.   Click the link above if you would like to check out the challenge and possibly join us.

I used a image from Stampendous for my card.  The sentiment is computer generated.  I sponged some rain clouds for the little bees and their umbrellas.

Thanks, so much, for coming by today.

Spring Time Wooded Farmlands

Hi, everyone,  I am back with one more card made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Wooded Farmland scene.  I have shown a few different ways of using this stamp during the last month or two, to help you stretch your stamps.   I don't know about you, but I get bored using mine the same way each time I make a card.  Today I am using it for a Spring time scene.  I really love the trees with the pink and yellow blooms among them.  I added a sentiment from the Blue Knight Bible Verses 2 set.  My clouds were made by using a template.  I made my frames using Rectangle Chain dies from Gina Marie.

I really appreciate you stopping by today to take a look at my card.  Enjoy the rest of the weekend.  See you again soon.

Daisies and Roses

This card is up on the Blue Knight Rubber Stamp blog today.  I used a new release Blue Knight Stamp called Daisies and Roses.   The sentiment is from the Blue Knight Bible Verses 2 stamp set.
I colored my image using Copic markers.  I used a fork to tie my bow and it in the top corner of the car.  The ribbon is from The Ribbon Place.

Thanks, for coming by and checking out my card.
