Speedy TV Inspiration Challenge #67

Tomorrow starts another Speedy TV Inspiration Challenge and here is my card for it.  I created it using the Bandana Technique.  My white dots do not show up well, but you start out making bigger dots and reduce the size of them toward the end of the image or at least that was what I read about this technique.  I started out by sponging my paper, then stamping the dragon flies followed by the white dots.  I used the Mark's Finest Paper stamps called "Dragonflies" and "Works of Art".  I entered this card in the Queen for the Day challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers.  The card I cased had the bandana technique on it so that is why I chose this technique.  Below you will find the inspiration pictures:

I hope you will head on over to the Speedy TV Inspiration challenge to enter your card.

Thanks, for coming by.

  3. Well, your bright coloring with the sponging sure made this the perfect palette for the dragonflies!! Your black layer and the black ink and eyelash fibers give it a gorgeous look, and the bandanna technique with the white dots really make the dragonflies "pop" - fantastic card!
