I was the hostess for the
Free 4 All challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers. Yesterday was Yadier Molina's 36th birthday. For those of you that may not know who he is, he is a catcher for the St. Louis Cardinals. I challenged the challenger players to make a card that had a cardinal, red & white which is the Cardinals colors, a baseball, the numbers 36 or something that related to Yadier and the Cardinals team. I used this adorable House Mouse Stamp for my card and I found this awesome baseball card stock in my stash. Believe it or not this is the first time this stamp has seen ink. I sometimes get to busy with challenges and I don't take the time to make fun cards just because I want to, so the Yadier challenge helped me to do just that. I had forgotten all about this stamp until I decided on the challenge and started looking for a stamp to use. I am not a sports fan so I do not have many sports related stamps. This card will be perfect for my grandson's next birthday.
