Hello, Friends. I have a couple of cards to share with you today using a new stamp from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps called Chickadee on a Fence Post.
For the first card, I cut my mats and stamped my image on white card stock. I colored the image with Copic Markers and the sky was made using Sunrise & Sunset Pan Pastels. I adhered my mats to the card base to complete my card.
The second card was made the same as the first, but I chose different colors for the flowers and the sky was made using a Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and turquoise ink.
Thanks, to all of you who made comments and suggestions to help me with my blog issues. So far, I do not have a fix, but I can make do with the way it is. It is so crazy because it sure messes up a lot. For this blog post, I started out typing my blog and when I went to add the picture of the card, I centered it. Then when I put in left alignment for the text, it kept centering it when I had chose left alignment. I had to erase the new text and the picture of the card. I went back to original text that I had put in and typed my second paragraph and went back and added the card picture in between the paragraphs. It is unreal that this change in the interface could present so many problems.
I appreciate you all coming by today and thank you for all the nice comments you leave. Have a wonderful week.

Your background skies are the best ever!!! To have the ability to make a card look so different just by changing the color of your sky is a real gift. You have done an absolutely fabulous job on them!
ReplyDeleteWow, your cards are so gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteThese are so gorgeous, I would of loved to have seen the other one, its frustrating when you seal the envelope and remember that you did not take a picture. Your pan pastel sky is amazing!
ReplyDeleteIt's Wonderful how a your stamp is used to make two completely different cards. LOve your colours on the both, and what a lovely idea to stamp your envelope too.
ReplyDeleteYour still having trouble. How sad and frustrating you must be. What should be easy then tends to make it so much harder.
