My friend, Jill, is queen for the day over at Splitcoast Stampers. What a smile it brought to my face to see she had been chosen. Here is a card that I made in her honor. I love the Field Flowers Stampin Up set and the SU doily. They make a really good combination. The ink for the doily is SU Crumb cake, the card stock is SU Cherry Cobbler and I used SU cherry cobbler embossing powder.
Thanks for stopping by today.
OMG Shirley ! Your card is gorgeous ! The stamps you have chosen work so well together ! Love the colours too ! Hugs, blessings and love from Catherine
ReplyDeleteShirley, this really is a beautiful card. I commented on your card at SCS, and your card certainly deserves a second look...It's so well done, and Yes, I have my Hello Doily stamp sitting on my desk ready to ink up. Hope to make a card today using it. Thanks so much for the inspiration. and again, thank you for kind comments and the honor of casing my card. I am still 10 feet off the ground, and I do feel like I've been treated royally! smile.
ReplyDeleteAwww, Shirt, this is SO BEAUTIFUL!! What a great idea to put the doily as a backdrop for this Flower stamp - the crumb cake and cherry cobbler go so well together - KNOW you are going to be cased on this card - guaranteed!! Absolutely delish!!!!
