Quick and Easy Cards

I made this card for the Featured Stamper challenge this week.  Priscilla aka catluver2 was honored this week.  I loved her gallery and it was hard to pick just one card to case.  I liked one in particular where she used a dotted stencil so I decided to case it.

This card is made with colors from the color challenge this week, pear pizzazz, primrose petals and wisteria.   I first used the magic masking tape technique and stamped the image.  I decided I needed more colors so I still had the stencil on my work area and decided to use it on this card, too.

  4. What a happy grouping of colors to make this birthday card!! Using the masking tape technique was cool, but adding the dotted stenciling was genius - just perfect to finish it off!! Hugs!

  5. Hi friend!!! Thanks for finding my WOYWW button! I used to have so much fun with those posts and I'm excited to get back into it again. Sometimes I would have 30 - 40 (or more) comments on them!

LOVE your cards and the stencil. I always forget to use stencils, even though I love the look of them. I started using some of the background designs in the Silhouette store to cut some out of clear contact paper. The vinyl temporarily sticks to your paper to use as a stencil and it's so much cheaper than buying the plastic ones!

Is that washi tape I see on your card too? CUTE!!
