Lighthouse on the Beach

I am back with a summertime card today.  Don't you just love the ocean in the summer?  Seeing beautiful lighthouses make it even better.  I would love to have my toes in the sand and gazing at the beautiful blue water with  a lighthouse nearby.  The blue skies would be nice to see, also.  It looks like we are getting rain for most of the week so blue skies would look good to me.  We have had so much rain in the past six months.  I won't complain because in July or August, we might need some rain.

The stamp I used today is Lighthouse on the Beach by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  I appreciate you stopping in today to take a look at my card.

Fishing At Willow Lake

Sorry I was MIA for a while.  I was getting things ready for Easter.  On Saturday before Easter I came down with a stomach bug that liked me enough to stay for five days.   All is good now and I am ready to make some cards.

Today I was playing with my Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Willow Lake Stamp.  I decided to show how to use it just using part of the stamp.  I grabbed a few fishing embellishments to use with it.  I was lacking a fishing pole so I used a twig with twine to make one.  The pole doesn't show up well in the picture, but it looks pretty cute IRL.  I used glue and glue dots to attach it to my card.    The image was colored with Copics.  The fish looks like it is resin, but it is a sticker.

Thanks, for coming by and taking a look at my card.  Have a fabulous weekend.

Blue Knight Spring Bunny

I needed a quick Easter card to put in the mail today so I chose this Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Spring Bunny to work with.   It was the perfect choice.  I had the image colored and the clouds sponged in about twenty minutes.   I usually sponge my clouds with a sponge dauber.  Today I used makeup brushes.  I think the clouds have a softer  and smoother look to them.  Oh, by the way,  these particular are only used on my artwork, not my face.  LOL   That might be something new I should try.  This blue ink might last longer on my face than eye shadow.

Speaking of sponge daubers,  there was a call that came in on my phone.   The ID said it was from
"Dauber Set".   LOL   Thankfully,  I was not tempted to answer it, these telemarketers use numbers to try and fool us.

You all have a nice day.  I hope you have beautiful weather where ever you are today.  Hopefully the snow is gone, for those of you that recently had snow.

Barn Friends

I made these two cards using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Horse Barn.  This is one of my favorite stamps from the last release.   I will be using this stamp a lot.

Chubby Bunnies

I am making my grands Easter cards.  Here is the first one I made using this cute Sunny Studio set
Chubby Bunnies.  I colored the grass with copics and then went over it with a grass stamp from a Kittie Kit stamp set.

It is hard to believe Easter is a week away and that the month is half gone.  I guess I need to go grocery shopping for our Easter dinner real soon.

Thanks, for coming by today.  I hope you all have the "bestest" weekend ever.

Blue Knight Llama Love

I just love this cute little Llama that is peeking out of the flowers.  This image is from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Llama Love.  The name is perfect, how could one not love this face?  ~smile~
I colored my image using Copics and added some sequins to bling it up a little.

Blue Knight Corner Flowers with Window

Here is a card I made using my window with a few of my Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.
(Corner Flowers Lamp Post Way, Birds 2 and Mini Greetings 1)  It is so much fun to combine our stamps and see the amazing cards we can make doing so.  The background was one I made sometime back.  I used my gelli plate and acrylic paints.

Thanks, so much, for looking at my card today.  If you like the Blue Knight Stamps please come over to the Fans of Blue Knight Stamps on Facebook and click on Join.  You will find lots of inspiration there.

Blue Knight Tree With A Stream

Here is a card I made for a challenge using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Tree With A Stream.
I sent this to a friend who is having some terrible health issues.  I colored it in bright colors in hope of cheering her up.

Sorry I have been MIA lately.  We were out of town for almost a week.  The past week has been a week of recuperating.  I have Fibromyalgia and the trip home was really hard on me.  I did great on the first part of the trip.  We had a really good time while we were away.  I got to meet up with some friends in PA.  I got to meet Lynn with Blue Knight Stamps and a couple of long time online friends, too.  I attended a Stamp Show and brought home a few new goodies.  We stopped to see relatives and other friends on the way home.  We got to take our six year old grandson with us so that was a treat.

I will be back soon with a couple of cards make with the last release from Blue Knight.
