If you guessed a Zebra, you are correct. This is a card I made for my Free 4 All challenge over at Splitcoast. The challenge is to put a Zebra on their cards and if they do not have a Zebra stamp, they can use black and white striped paper with any image. I hope some of you will come over and join the fun.
I used a Zebra from an MFP Stamp set called "Oh, Boy, It's A Girl. My double stitched rectangles and the Cross stitched oval die are both by Gina Marie Designs. The Chevron paper is from a Paper Studio 4.5 X 6.5 pad that I found on sale at Hobby Lobby. The paper in it is more like a card stock and it was reduced to $2.25.
Thank you, for coming by today. I hoped you like my card.

Calendar Chicks
These little Calendar Chicks by Stampendous really look like they are having some bunny fun. I have had this stamp for a while, but actually had forgotten I had it. I had a friend who asked me to make some card for her grands and I happened to run across this oldie. I think I had only used it once so it was fun coloring these little chicks doing the "Bunny Hop:.
Thank you, for taking a look. Have a wonderful Sunday.

Who likes "Leftovers"?
I like "leftovers", not only in food form, but in card making. Everything I used on this card are leftover from another project.
Oh, boy, does this image ever take me back to my earlier days of stamping. I colored this image in 2008 with prisma pencils. The teeth were colored with a silver pen although they look white in this picture. The background was made a few years ago when I was attempting a bouncing brayer technique. It needed more color so I used the direct to paper technique to add turquoise using an ink pad. I used the Hammered Embossing technique using a dotted embossing folder on the background, but it doesn't show real well. If you look close you will see the dots from the dotted embossing folder. My black card base and green card stock were in my scrap bag.
The inside sentment "Have a Freaky Tiki Birthday".

Nurse - Get Well Soon
Here is a cute little nurse card that was made for a friend who is having a hard time with chemo right now. This is her second round and I hope this one does the trick. Hopefully this litte Crafty Secrets Nurse will put a smile on her face during this trying time.
Thanks, for coming by to take a look at my card.

QKR Fluffy Chicken
For the QKR Blog Anything Goes challenge this week, I decided to make a get well card. I am always needing to replenish those. I chose the Fluffy Chicken image and decided to make it humorous. This chick is trying to save chicken friends by telling the sick person to feel better soon and to eat Turkey soup. The sentiment was computer generated.
Thanks, for stopping by today. I hope you will join in the QKR challenge this week. We love seeing your cards.

Ice cream card for Mike
The Splitcoast challenge theme was "Strip It". That meant we were to use up little strips of paper to use on our card that was in our scraps. I have lots of scraps that need using, I need to make more of these cards. I used Gina Marie double stitched dies and then added my little ice cream cone on it. The ice cream cone stamp is from My Next Stamp called " Cute Foodies". This is going to a friend of my daughter's, Mike, as he likes to receive mail.

Spoiled Pup
I love this QKR Spoiled Pup image. It kind of reminds me of my three month old boxer puppy that loves to lay in his bed and sleep. He is getting so big, he hangs off the bed just like the dog in the image. He is a lazy little feller. (and very spoiled) It is my opinion that dogs and kids both deserve be spoiled.

Make Mine Pink
For anyone that knows me very well, they know I like pink, so make my barn pink. My dear husband may not agree with that, but that is okay. ~grin~ I think this barn looks pretty in pink, how about you? The stamps used are Blue Knight Horse Barn and Christmas Bunny. I colored the images using copic markers and used a cloud template to sponge in the clouds.

Your Tea-rific and Dirty Dozen
Hi, everyone. I hope you all are having a great day. We have sunshine today and I hope you are getting some in your neighborhood. I am ready for Spring I am doing the "happy dance" because we are going back to Daylight Savings Time this weekend. Yay, more daylight in the evenings. That means I can get back to walking our dogs after dinner.
I want to apologize for not having many posts on my blog the past few weeks. Last month I was asked to be a part of the Dirty Dozen design team on Splitcoast Stampers. I have been busy making cards for the team and I am not allowed to share them here. I am now getting the hang of things there and hope to have more posts in the near future. I also hope to visit your blogs more often.
Here is a card I made using Your Next Stamp Sprinkles Coffee and Tea. I fell in love with this stamp set the moment I saw it. The little bunny butt sticking out of the cup is just adorable.
My side step card was very easy to make. I used a Center Step Card die by Our Daily Bread Designs. I have always liked this style of card, but hated doing the measuring and cutting to get it. I used a stitched die for my cup and added a cupcake to go with the tea. It is actually a Valentine embellishment, but I thought it worked well with the cup of tea.
Thank you, for stopping by today.
