Four of my Favorite Cards for 2021

Hello, Everyone.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.   I had a good one.  It was a little warm, but all in all, not too bad.

Don't forget that I am having a stamp give away, for details go to this blog post for details and to enter.  July 4th will be the last day to enter.

Today I am going to share with you four of my favorite cards for 2021 made with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.

This card was made using the Chickadee on a Fencepost and the Silhouette Sportsman stamps.

My first card was made using the Building Beavers stamp set.  I used this set on some Father's Day cards and the beavers were perfect or the occasion.

I used the Daisies and Roses Stamp set on this card.

This patriotic card was made using the Iwo Jima stamp set.  I really like the flag background that I made using masking tape.

Thank you, so much, for coming by to check out my cards.

Background Trees

Hello, hope you all had a great weekend.  We celebrated Father's Day yesterday.   It was good to see both of our children.  We had a great visit.

Today I am showcasing cards made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Background Trees.  I am visualizing lots of uses for this stamp.

My first card was made by stamping the image on white card stock and then I used my Heidi Pettie Cloud stencil and DOX ink to create the clouds.   I added the Silhouette Sportsman stamp and viola my card is done.   An easy peasy card.  I like the pink sky.  It reminds me of how the sky looks sometimes in the early morning hours.

My second card was even easier than the first card.  I used designer paper and stamped my image over it.  I then stamped the
Silhouette Moose between the trees as a finishing touch.

I hope you enjoyed the cards.  Don't forget to look at yesterdays post about the stamp sets.

Have a wonderful week and try to stay cool in the terrible heat that we have been having.

Stamp Give A Way

Hi, everyone.  I am having the stamp give a way that I told you about.   Due to the changes in Feedburner, after July there will be no more automatic emails telling you when I have a new post or news.  Right now I am asking you to go to https://www.bloglovin.com and sign up to follow my blog-My Pinkie Is Inkie In Boxertown.  Anyone can sign up, but  stamps are only available to USA residents due to postage prices.  You can add your other blogs on this to continue to see their posts.  Bloglovin' sends an email everyday that shows you when blogs have posted.    I usually only post once or twice a week so you won't get a notification everyday about my blog-just when I post.  I am going to give everyone a chance to win  the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps below.   Everyone who signs up to follow my blog on bloglovin' and leaves me a message in my comments telling me they  signed up will be entered in the drawing.  I know some of you already follow me at Bloglovin' so you can leave your comment that you are already following me and your name will go in the drawing also.   The last day to enter will be July 4th.

Good luck and have a great day.

Spring Blessings

Hello Friends, hope you had a great weekend.  We had a good one, but Saturday was super hot.  It was around 90, but the heat index was above 100.  It sure was a muggy afternoon.

I have a couple of cards to share today that are made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Spring Blessings stamp.  I hope you like them.

For my first card, I stamped my image on white card stock and colored it with Copic Markers.  The evening sky was made by applying Pan Pastels.

My second card was made the same as the first one, but I colored the sky on this one with a Copic marker.  The sentiment is from the
Bible Verses 2 Stamp set. I like the subtle look of this one even though most of my cards are done in bright colors.

Thank you, for stopping by today.  Have a great week and try to stay cool.

Peaceful Retreat

Hello, Stamping Friends.  Hope this Monday morning finds you all doing well and off to a great start of the new week.  This will be a busy week at my house.  Seems like they all are these days.

I am going to share some cards that I made using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Peaceful Retreat  stamp set.  This stamp makes a fairly quick card.  I wanted to go with a different look so I made my sky darker on both cards.  I basically reversed the sky colors on them and colored the mountains different colors.  It was hard getting the picture of the cards to photograph with the darker sky.  I think the darker sky looks better in real life.

For the first card, I stamped my Peaceful Retreat image and colored it with Copic Markers   The sky was made using pan pastels.  I like using my pan pastels when making a sky.  They can look really colorful and it is a quick process.

The second card was made just like the first one with the exception of the bear.  I thought he was a great addition to the Peaceful Retreat image.  The bear is from the Momma Bear and Friends stamp set.

Watch my blog, I am going to be having a stamp giveaway soon.   I will post the prize and the details soon.

Thank you, for stopping by today.  Have a wonderful week.
