Sweeet Adelynn

Hello, Everyone.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We had a good one, but it went very fast.

I am sharing cards today made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Sweet Adelynn.

I started both cards by stamped the images on white card stock.

On the first card I used a stencil and grass green ink to make the grass for little Adelynn to sit on.   I then used my Heidi Pettie cloud template also with blue ink to make the clouds.  I stamped the sentiment on white card stock and use a die to cut it out and matted it. The sentiment is from the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Prayer Flower set. Mats were made and added to the card base.

The second card, has only a couple of differences.   I used pan pastels to create the grass and the sky.  I used a die to create the sentiment.

Thank you, for stopping by today.

Starry Christmas Night

A card I made this morning.  I found a large piece of poster board at Hobby Lobby.  It had a tear in it and was marked down really cheap.  I like those bargains. I used the Blue Knight Rubber Stamp - Wolf and Owl.  I know it is not a Christmas stamp, but I think it works okay for a Christmas card.

Thanks, for looking and a have a wonderful day.

Soccer Fans

Hello, Friends.  Hope you all had a good weekend even if it did go by way too fast.

My heart goes out to all the people that were in the path of the tornado's that occurred in the United States over the weekend.  Prayers for all of those that we affected.

Today, I am sharing cards I made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps new set called Soccer.  This set comes with four soccer images.   The sentiments I used on my cards were from other Blue Knight Stamp sets.

The first card (green) was made by stamping the the image on designer paper and the then added some die cuts.  This card is perfect for a young man who likes or plays soccer.

The second card (on your left) was made using a background that I had in my stash that was made using pan pastels.  I stamped the image and sentiment on over it and the card was complete after matting it.

The third card was made by stamping the image and the sentiment on Divinity Designs designer paper.

Thank you, all, for stopping by and checking out blog.  It is very appreciated.

Island Reflection

Today I am sharing with you a couple of cards I made using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps-Island Reflection.

The first card was really quick and easy.  I used a pre-made card base.  I stamped my image on it using black ink.  I added the die cut at the bottom and my card was complete.

For the second card I used a background that I had in my stash, it worked perfect with my image.  I wish I could remember how I made it, but I have made so many that I do not recall it.  Once again, I stamped the image with black ink.    I made layers for my card to finish it.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my quick cards and that it gives you inspiration in making your own cards.

Thank you, for coming by.  See you again soon.

Coffee

Hello, everyone.   It is Monday, once again, which means it is time for me to post cards made with another Blue Knight Rubber Stamps new release.  This week I am showcasing the Coffee set.

The first card was made by stamping the cup and image and the sentiment on patterned paper.  I then made some mats and added some floral dp to complete the card.

The second card was made by stamping the cup and sentiment on a piece of card stock that I had used a stencil on some time ago.    I like having those pieces in my stash, but that stash is getting low so I need to make some more backgrounds to have for future cards.  I added some mats and some scalloped circles under the main image.  Next attached them to a boxed card base that matched the colors almost perfectly.

Thank you, so much, for coming by today.  Have a great week.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamp- Baseball/Softball

Hello, Friends.  Today I am sharing a couple of cards made with the newly released Baseball/Softball stamps.

The first card was made by  stamping the image on a piece of white card stock.  I used a stitched die to cut it out and added layers.  I used a baseball and sentiment sticker that has been in my stash, for awhile.    I embossed a piece of white card stock using a dotted embossing folder and used baseball designer paper to make the background panel.

The second card was made almost the same as the first other than I made this card into a box card.  I used a die to cut the pieces for the box card.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps is having a 20% off sale until November 30th.  If there are any stamps you have been wanting, this is the time to buy.  Use the code: Thankful.

Thanks, so much for coming by today.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps-Bridge and Stream

Today I am sharing two cards I made with the new Blue Knight Rubber Stamps-Bridge and Stream.  I made cards that reflect Spring and Winter to show how you can make cards using one stamp, but have a different look.

For the first card, I stamped the image on white card stock.  I used Copic markers to color the image.  I, then, took my Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and blue ink to make my puffy clouds.  I just recently made this exact card for my son for his birthday.  I added  a Happy Birthday sentiment in the clouds.

My second card was made the same as the first card with the exception of the snow.  I put Zig two way glue over the snow and sprinkled Diamond Dust (glitter) over the top of it.

Thank you, all, for coming by today to check out my cards.  You are very appreciated and it makes my day seeing your comments.  Have a wonderful week.

Buck, Doe & Fawn - Quick Christmas cards

Hello, Everyone.  Today I have a couple of cards to share with you from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  I am using the a new release called Buck, Doe and Fawn.

I started my card by stamping my Buck, Doe and Fawn image and sentiment on Designer Paper using black ink.    I adhered the the Buck Doe ad Fawn panel to black and purple mats that were attached to a white cards base.  It just doesn't get much easier than this.

For the second card, I stamped my image  on designer paper.  I stamped the sentiment on white card stock and put black card stock behind it.  I used a die cut to cut my snowy border that I placed at the top of the card.

I hope you liked the cards for today.  Hope you all have a wonderful week.

The Grove

Today, I am sharing cards I made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - The Grove.  On the first card, I also used the Cowboy, Don't Look Back stamp set.    I stamped both stamps using black ink.  I used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil along with blue and purple inks to make the clouds.

I started this card by stamping the Grove stamp and  the Take Shelter stamp set with the cute little children sheltering from a storm, on white card stock.  I used a circle template and distress inks to make the background.

I hope you enjoyed the cards.  Thank you for coming by and come back again soon to check out my next card.

Dad and I

Hello, stamping friends.  Hope this finds you all doing well and ready for a new week.  We have had some chilly weather  in my neighborhood.  I turned my furnace on a couple of days ago.   I can tell you that I am not ready for winter and neither are my bones.  `grin`

Today I have two cards to share that I made with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  This stamp is called "Daddy and I".

I stamped my image on white card stock.  I colored the water with a Copic Marker.  I created the sky using distress inks.

For this card I stamped my image on white card stock and colored the water with a Copic Marker.  I made a mask to create the sun.   I created the sky using Turquoise ink and a Heidi Pettie Cloud Template.  I stamped the birds as the finishing touch to this scene.  The birds are from the Walk By Faith stamp set.

Thank you, for coming by today.  I hope you enjoyed the cards.
Have a good week.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Golf

I am sharing another new release from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps today called "Silhouette Golf".

I began by stamping my Silhouette Golf Stamp on a small calendar page.  I saved this page quite a long time ago and this image seemed to go perfect with it.

I began by stamping my image on a piece of designer paper.   I cut out three different size stars.  I stacked them and glued them to the top corner.

Both of these cards were very quick and easy to make.

Thank you, for stopping by to take a peek at my cards today.  Have a good week.

Barberry Bush

Hello, Everyone.  Today I am sharing cards made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Barberry Bush.     The first card was made by stamping the image and Sentiment on white card stock. I colored the bush using Copic markers.    The next step was using my Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil to add the puffy clouds to the card.  I added the mats to the the card base to complete the card.

The second card was made by stamping the image directly on designer paper.  I added bling and then made the mats to attach to the card base.

Thanks, so much, for coming by today.  Have a great week.

Golf Course

Today I am sharing cards made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps newly released Golf Course stamps.  I couldn't help myself, I had to color the golf bag pink.   I would say the owner might be a breast cancer survivor or just maybe the golf course is having a fund raiser for breast cancer.  That is what I love about making cards, I can make them be whatever I dream up in this crazy head of mine.  ~giggle~.   No comments, please.   LOL.    I know thegolf course is not colored correctly because I am not a golfer, but there again, I can pretend that I colored it perfectly.  Right?

Both of my cards were made by stamping the images on white card stock using Marvy Euchida black ink.  I colored the image using Copic markers.

Thank you, for coming by today.  I always enjoy your visits.  Have a wonderful week.

Beach Birds

Today I am sharing Cards I made with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Beach Bird.  I stamped the image on white card stock and colored it using Copic Markers.  I loved making the gray weathered fence which I felt was perfect with the blue colors.

The second card was made the same as the first one.  I colored it using different colors of Copic Markers.  I added a birthday tag and the sentiment is from Mini Greetings 2.

I am always amazed how a stamp is transformed by just changing up the colors.

Thank you, for coming by today and checking out my blog.  It was very appreciated.  I hope you enjoyed the cards.

Silhouette Dolphins

Here are cards I made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Silhouette Dolphins.

The first card was made by stamping the image and sentiment  on designer paper.     I really like the look the paper gave this card, I think the colors were perfect.  It makes it look like a sunset on the beach.

The second card was made by stamping the image on white card stock.  I used a  Copic Marker to color the water.  I made a mask and sponged in the sun.  I used the mask to cover the sun and used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil, along with turquoise ink to make the sky.  I then stamped the sentiment across the sun.  The sentiment is from the Blue Knight Chickadee on a Fence Post stamp set.

Thank you, for coming by today to take a look at my cards.  Have a wonderful week.

You Don't Need A Cone

I made this card for one of my groomers who had back surgery.  She has been off awhile and she is definitely missed by my boys.  I hope she is feeling better soon.  I couldn't resist this Art Impressions Doggy Kisses for her card.  It reminds me of Tyson and his days of wearing a cone.

I decided that while I was making a card this morning that I would go to Splitcoast Stampers and check out their sketch challenge.  I was so happy that I did.  It worked well with my image after I flipped the sketch.

Thanks, for looking and I hope your day is going well.

Horse and Sleigh

Hello, Everyone, and Happy Monday to you.   Hope you all have had a great weekend.  I spent most of mine laying around and trying to recuperate from having sinus/allergy problems.  Thankful that I went to the doctor on Thursday so I was at least a little better for the weekend.

I have cards to share that were made using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Horse and Sleigh.  I think this set and the Light of the World set will be my Christmas card choice this year.

For my first card I started off using pattern paper that I got in a 12 X 12 Recollections Guilded Paper pad.  This paper is really pretty and has several colors in it. I started out by stamping my Horse and Sleigh image with Versamark along with Black embossing powder.  I used my Heidi Pettie Cloud tencil and turquoise ink to make the clouds in the background.  My last step was adhering a Merry Christmas sticker that is written in gold.   This was a quick and easy Christmas card.

My second card was made by stamping the Mountain Scene image on white card stock.  I then stamped in the horse and sleigh.  The sky was made using the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and Distress inks.  I colored the water using a Copic Marker.

This is  a bonus card, I was having such a good time with this stamp set, I couldn't stop with just two.  The paper pad had a sheet of paper that had some 4 X 4 squares on it.  Here is one that I decide to stamp the horse and sleigh on.  I had some leftover pieces of embossed paper and some icicles that I decided to use, I need to get some of that stuff on some cards.  :). This card had the same detail on stamping as the first card.

Thanks, so much, for coming by to see me today.  Have a great week.

The Second card was made by stamping the image/sentiment on white card stock.   I colored the city and the star.  The sky was then sponged using distress inks.  I colored the the star and the city using Copic Markers.

Chickadee in the Woods

Happy Monday, Friends.   I am back with two more cards to share with you featuring the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Chickadee in the Woods.

For my first card, I started off by stamping the image on white card stock and colored it using Copic Markers.  Once it was colored I used my Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and Distress Inks to create the sky.

For the second card I did everything the same except using different colors of ink for the sky and I added moose from the
Silhouette Moose stamp set.

I hope you enjoyed the cards today.  Have a wonderful week.

Christmas Koala-Blue Knight Rubber Stamps

Monday has rolled around again and it is time for another post for Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  Today I am showcasing a new set called "Christmas Koala".

This card was made by stamping the image and sentiment on white card stock.  The image was colored using Copic Markers.  I used circle dies to cut the image and made  mat to go behind it. I used a snowflake embossing folder on the white panel behind it and put a piece of red card stock behind it.  I attached a piece of red gingham ribbon to the circle to make it look like an ornament.

On the second card I stamped the image and sentiment on white card stock and colored it with Copics.   I used a snowglobe die to display this cute image.  The Joy sentiment is from a Blue Knight Christmas set called Come Let Us Adore Him.  I had a box of Paper Studio cards with leopard print that I chose to use as the base of my card.  The ribbon looks real on the card, but it was already printed on the card base.

Thanks so much, for coming by today.  Have a wonderful week.

Ellie the Elephant

Hello Friends,  I am back today with a couple more cards from the latest release from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  The stamp set I am showcasing today is "Ellie the Elephant".  This is a really cute set and I enjoyed working with it.

Both of the cards were primarily the same. The first one has a different design that includes designer paper.  I stamped the images and sentiments on white card stock using black ink.  The sentiment on the pink card is from the Baby Bassinet stamp set, another cute set and it has three sentiments. I colored the image with Copic Markers.  The clouds were made with distress inks and a Heidi Pettie cloud stencil.  I suppose you have guessed I like using this stencil.  :).

Thank you, for joining me today and I hope to see you again soon.

Let's Ride

Hello, Stamping Friends.  I am back with another new release by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  This set, Let's Ride, is near and dear to my heart.  My best friend had a little light blue Volkswagon, like the one on my first card,  back in the day and we went everywhere in that little car.  We had so much fun. I am going to make her birthday card with this set.  I think it will make her smile.

Here is my first card.  I paired the little Volkswagon with one of my favorite sets called The Dirt Road.  I first stamped the Dirt Road image and the sentiment with black ink onto white card stock.  I colored it using Copic Markers.  I used my Heidi Pettie cloud template and turquoise ink to make my clouds. I stamped the Volkswagon on white card stock, colored it with Copic and fussy cut it.  I used dimensionals to pop it up on the card.   I think it looks pretty cute.

On my second card, I combined it with the Beach Scene and the  Hot Air Balloons stamps.  I stamped them on white card stock, colored them with Copics.  Once again I used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and turquoise ink for the clouds.  I colored the Volkswagen, fussy cut it and adhered it to my card.

Thank you, so much, for coming by today.  Have a wonderful week.

Hello Friends,  I am back with a couple more cards from Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  I love the peaceful feel of the is Tree Swing Stamp set.   How many of you had a tree swing when you were a child?  I remember having a tire swing.  Hmmmm, that might date me just a bit.  LOL. The stamps I am showcasing today are new and the name of the stamps is Tree Swing.

My first card was stamped using black ink and colored with Copic Markers.  I used Catherine Pooler inks for the background.  I punched a small circle to create the sun.  Can you tell I really like a lot of bright colors?  Ha-ha.

The second card was made the same as the first one.  I just used different colors of markers.  I used a cloud template and turquoise ink to make the puffy clouds.

Thanks, so much, for stopping in today.
