Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Misty Moons and Pastel Skies Designer Paper

Happy Monday, my friends.  I hope you are off to a great start on a new week.  I have a busy week so I am trying to get a head start on it.

Today I am showing cards that I made using the Blue Knight  Rubber Stamps Designer Papers

Pastel Skies and Misty Moons Designer Paper.  I love the new papers, there are so many ways to use them.

For my first card, I stamped the Lighthouse on the Beach directly to the  Pastel Skies designer paper.  I added the sentiment from Blue Knight  Fence and Daisies stamp set.

I started the second card by stamping the Winter Cabin in the Woods on the Misty Moons Paper. I colored the image using Copic Markers.  The sentiment is from Did You Know One Line Sentiments set.

I hope you all have a wonderful week.

How about a Big Swig

I made this card for a SCS Challenge. We were to use a container on our cards. Well, I thought this Unity wine glass would be considered a container. Yep, it looks like this glass has a big swig of wine.

The inside sentiment says "I heard you celebrated last night with a couple of adult beverages. Metamucil & Ensure. Not sure how that tasted mixed with Wine. LOL

Hope you enjoyed my humor. I know, I have a different sense of humor than most. I hear it all the time. Oh, well, I think we all need more laughs in life.

Have a good weekend.

Blue Knight Has New Designer Paper

Hello Friends.  It is certainly a busy time of the year.  We celebrated Easter yesterday with family, although we had some who were ill and not able to make it.  We certainly missed them, but we have a family jam fest on the books for this weekend and we will have another chance to have the whole family together for a night of fun.  I also have a card class that I am teaching at the end of the month.  Blue Knight has some new products that will be arriving shortly so I have design team cards to make for May.  There are also doctor visits and PT visits scheduled.  I look forward to hopefully not having as many appointments in June.   Fingers crossed.

Today I am showing cards using the brand New Misty Moons and Pastel Skies designer paper.  The papers come in 6 X 6 pads with 25 double sided sheets and 5 of each design. I am loving each pad of the designer papers to date.  They are all beautiful.

I started and finished this card by stamping the Windmill and Corn on the pretty Pastel Skies Designer paper.  Sounds too easy, doesn't it?  ~Smile~

For this card I stamped Bridge over Waterfall stamp on the Misty Moons Paper.  I used Copic Markers to color my image.  The sentiment is from the BibleVerses 1 stamp set.

Thank you, for stopping in to see the cards I made with the new designer paper.

Have a great week.

Scrappy Cards -SCS Challenge

Hello, Friends.  I am sharing a couple of cards I made for today's Ways To Use It Challenge on Splitcoast Stampers.  I don't find much time to get over there for a lot of challenges anymore, but I do enjoy doing them.  Today the challenge was to use Scraps.  I certainly could make cards for a long time using my scraps.  I think most of us could do that.

Here is the link for the challenge, if you would like to go over to Splitcoast to join the challenge.  We would love to see what you do with your scraps.

The first image was one I colored long ago and never used it for a card.  My scraps were a perfect fit for them.  The second image was one someone colored and sent me, I am sorry to say, I do not remember who sent it, but I like it with my scraps.

Thanks, for coming by today and I hoped you enjoyed seeing how I used a few of my scraps.

Blue Knight Open Window Landscape Stamp and Die Set

Hello.  Today I am sharing with you the new Landscape Open Window Die and stamp set.  I will share the two cards I made with these products.

I stamped the Dad and I Silhouette stamp on designer paper that was in my stash.    I stamped the Portrait Open Window on a piece of white card stock and used the matching Portrait Window Die  to cut it out.  I colored it with Copic Markers.  I adhered the window over the main image, but I did not pope this one up.  I tried to make it look like a distressed window frame.

I stamped the Queen Anne's Lace Barn on white card stock and colored it with Copic markers.  I added the clouds by using Tempting Turquoise ink and a cloud template.  I stamped the Jeep on separate paper and cut it out using a matching die.  I  attached the window over the barn by using square foam dots to pop up it up and also popped up  the Jeep .

That completes the cards for today.  Thank you, for coming by.

Hello, it is another cold morning in my neck of the woods.  We are still having the really cold weather.  We are promised warmer temps tomorrow and hopefully it will melt some of the snow off.  The schools were closed all last week.  I saw where they are closed again today and tomorrow, as well.  We are a rural community and the back roads are not clear, so the kids get a couple more days of snow vacation.

I stamped the Tree and Snowy Field. and the deer from the Buck, Doe and Fawn set on white card stock.  I colored the posts with Copic markers, I high lighted  the snow and used the Heidi Pettie Stamp Stencil with Turquoise ink to make the clouds.  My sentiment is from the Reversed Sentiment set.

I stamped the Tree and Snowy Field and the Silhouette Buffalo on white card stock.  I colored the fence posts with Copic markers  and gave the snow a little color.  I colored the sky using Pan Pastels.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Feathers

Hello, Stamping Friends and Happy New Year.  I hope you all are off to a great start of 2026.   I wonder if anyone made New Year's Resolutions.  I did not make any this year so I guess I don't have a chance of breaking them.  ~smile~

Today I am showcasing cards I made with the NEW Blue Knight Feathers stamp set.  This set comes with 4 feather images in different sizes.

For this card, I started by stamping the feathers on white card stock, that had been rubbed with my embossing buddy, and  using Versamark Watermark stamp pad for stamping the feathers.  I sprinkled embossing powder over the feathers and heat embossed them.  I used a blue card stock and silver to make the mats for the feather panel.  I used the Blue Knight Birthday Set to stamp the sentiment and emboss it to match the feathers.

For this card I  chose to use gold embossing.  I used gold card stock and other paper I had in my stash to finish the mats.

I hope you liked the cards today.  I had fun making them.

Have a great week and I hope to see you again soon.
