Crackerbox Birthday Fire extinguisher

 I have had this image on my desk for a while and decided to put a card base with it so I could put his in my stash incase the right birthday came along to use it.  I think is funny, but you never know if someone is going to take offense when they receive it.

The inside says "Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you!  Happy Birthday deeeeeaaaarrrr fossil, Happy Birthday to you!

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Mountain Valley Stamp

 Hello, Friends.  Today I am sharing cards made with the NEW Blue Knight Rubber Stamp called Mountain Valley.  I really like the cards I made with it. I hope you do, too.

I started this card by stamping the Mountain Valley stamp and Momma Bear and Friends on a piece of designer paper that I had in my stash.  I colored the image using Copic Markers.  I used a Heidi Pettie cloud stencil and Tempting Turquoise ink to brush the clouds across the top of the image.

I did the same thing on this card except I stamped the image on white card stock.  I left off the bears and added the sentiment from the Birthday Set.

cute Sock Monkey card

 Hello, I am back again.  Today I have a sweet little Sock Monkey card to share with you.  The image is by Bugaboo-a digital company that is no longer in business.  Another store that is gone too soon, they had cute images.

I colored my sock monkey using my Copic Markers and chose paper from a  Echo Park paper pad to showcase this cute monkey.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Flowers in the Grass

Here is a card I made for a Splitcoast Stampers Challenge today - Autumn Moon.  Up until last night my flowers may have still looked good under a bright Autumn Moon. It got very cold last night and the flowers are drooping. I am already wishing for Spring to arrive. LOL

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Flower Walkway

 Monday's are always about my Blue Knight Rubber Stamps cards.  Today I have a couple of cards made with the NEW Flower Walkway stamp.  I love how this one is part silhouette and part of it can be colored.  

For both of these cards, I stamped the image on white card stock and used my Copic Markers to color the walk and the flowers.  I used a cloud template and distress ink to make my puffy clouds.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Music Notes

 Hello, Stamping Friends.  Today I am sharing a couple of cards that I made with Blue Knight's new Music Notes Stamps.

I started this card by stamping the Mountain Mist and Forest stamp directly on the Blue Knight Land and Sea Designer Paper.  Next I added the stamps from the Music Notes stamp set to finish my card front.

I started this card by stamping the Music Notes stamps on paper that was in my scrap bag.  I then added the Birds on Wires to complete the card.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Northern Lights with Leaning Guitarist

 Good Morning Friends.  Hope you all are doing well and ready for the new week.

We are having much cooler temperatures and looks like Winter is almost here.  Not looking forward to the freezing weather or the time change we will have next month.  It will take me forever to get my sleep pattern changed again.  Ugh!!!  

Today I am sharing cards that I made using the NEW Northern Lights Designer Paper.  This paper is gorgeous and it really comes in handy when I need a quick card.  I just add a silhouette stamp and sometimes a sentient and the card is done.  

I picked a piece of the gorgeous Northern Lights paper.  I chose the Leaning Guitarist,  the Sympathy set and the Silhouette Dogs to stamp on the paper.

This card is donning another Beautiful sheet of the Northern Lights Paper.  I Chose the Mountain And Mist and Forest Stamp  and the Sympathy set for this card.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my cards today.  It was not only fun to make them, but also quick to make.

Blue Knight Pine Tree Trio Night Sky

On Thursday of this week, I made a card for the Ways to Use It Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers.  The challenge was to make a card with a night sky.  I had noticed a day or so earlier that some of the Water Colorists on Splitcoast had made cards where it look like one was looking up in the sky from the middle of a forest gazing at the tall trees and sun.  It really looked neat so I decided to make one for the night sky challenge.  I started by choosing my paper and then made a circle stencil to make the moon.  I used a gold spray to on the circle.  There was something that went awry and my paint made a few splotches that was not on the sun.  I ditched the paper and made another card with a day sky with the trees.  On Friday, I decided to pick up the ditched paper with the Trees and use it anyway.  I am glad I did because now I think that mistake added to the look of the sky.   Below you will find both cards I made using the trees.

The night sky is my favorite because I like bright colors. 

If you have not been to Splitcoast Stampers, I highly suggest you do.  It is a lot of fun and they have a new challenge or two everyday.  I learned to stamp at Splitcoast.  It is a great way to learn new things, they have tutorials that are very helpful.  I made a lot of new friends there over 20 years ago and many of us still keep in contact and still stamp together there.  Some of the friends I made there have come to my home to visit and I have gone to some of theirs.

Blue Knight Northern Lights Paper Roof Top Barn And Deer

 Happy Monday Morning.  Today I am sharing a couple of Blue Knight Rubber Stamps cards with you that was made using the New Northern Lights Designer Paper.  I am loving this paper,  I think I may have already mentioned that in last weeks post.  Every card I have made with it really looks great.  I love the colors of it.  Let's get started and I will show you the cards for this week.

I started out with the Northern Lights designer paper and I stamped the Silhouette Roof Top Barn directly on the paper.   That is all I did to make this beautiful card.  

I did the very same thing on the card, only I used the   Silhouette Deer by the River stamp.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Northern Lights Designer Paper & Lighthouses

 Hello, Friends.  I hope this finds each of you doing well and having a great Monday.  It is a little chilly this morning.  Actually we have had three days of cooler weather.  The last couple have been a little cooler than I liked.  I wore a long sleeve shirt yesterday and I was still cold.  I think it is going to warm up to the 90's this week.  I suppose I will warm up soon.  ~smile~

Today I am sharing cards I made using the Blue Knight NEW Northern Lights Designer Paper.  I decided to go with a lighthouse theme.  The colors of the papers are really gorgeous.  I love how the stamps look on them.

I stamped the images directly on the Northern Lights Paper.  I used the Lighthouse Silhouette  stamp on the first card.  On the second card I used the Little Lighthouse Silhouette stamp on the second.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - New Designer Paper

 Today I am sharing cards that I made using the new Northern Lights designer paper.  I am loving this new paper and the silhouettes look great with it.

For this card I stamped the Silhouette Train  and the sentiment from the Birthday clear set directly on the Northern Lights designer paper. 

The second card was made using one of my favorite stamps - Train Tracks.  I stamped the Train Track image and the sentiment directly on the Northern Lights paper.  

I hope you enjoyed the new paper.  It sure makes it easy to make quick cards with silhouette stamps.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Mixed Media Cards

 Hello, Friends.  Today I am sharing a couple of cards that are a little different for me, I used the new Mixed Media stamps.  I have made mixed media cards, but it was a long time ago.  I was a little nervous when I started working these, but that didn't last very long.  I will show you what I came up with.

I started this card by stamping the Dictionary Page background stamp on the Mixed Media Paper.   I then stamped the Grazing Horse Silhouette stamp at the bottom of the paper.  After that I used the 

Mixed Media clear stamps and the HOPE Birthday clear stamps to finish my card.

I chose another piece of the Mixed Media paper and started stamping this one.  I used the Mixed Media stamps, Tell Me the Story of Jesus background stamp and Silhouette Birds on Branches.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Mixed Media Paper and Sympathy Set

 Hello, today I am sharing cards that I made using Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Mixed Media Paper and the New Sympathy Set. 

I started this card by stamping the Bird's Song stamp on the Mixed Media Paper.   I added the sentiment from the Sympathy Set to finish my card.

I stamped the Silhouette Rooftop Barn on a piece of designer paper that was in my stash waiting to be used.  ~Smile~ I added the Sentiment from the Sympathy Set to complete my card.

Both cards were super easy, but look like they they might have taken a while longer.  I like the simplicity of them, but yet they pretty and clean look to them.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps -(NEW) Birthday Set

 Hello, Friends.  Hope all is well with you and your peeps.  Things are going well here.  I am going to love the Fall weather, but I am not looking forward to Winter.  I freeze the whole season.  :(

Today I am sharing cards that I made using the NEW Birthday Set.  I was so excited to see them, I am always needing new sentiments.  

The first card was started by stamping the Birthday Set sentiment and the Windmill and Corn stamp on the NEW Mixed Media Designer Paper.  I love how easy this was to make and how nice the stamps look on the paper.

Here is another really quick card using the Birthday Set.  I chose the Cloudy Sky designer paper to use on this one.  I stamped the Birthday Sentiment and the Majestic Pines stamps directly to the paper.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Hope Sympathy Stamp set and Mixed Media Paper

 Hello Stampers, I am going to share a couple of card that I made using the Hope Sympathy  Stamp set and the Mixed Media   Designer Paper.

I started this card by stamping the Dictionary Page Background stamp directly on the paper.  I randomly sponged some Pink Acrylic Paint on the paper.  I thought a Flamingo card needed some pink added to it, especially since I like the color pink.  I added the Flamingo's and Wild Grass Stamp and two sentiments from the Hope Sympathy Set to the Mixed Media Paper which completed the cards.  

I took a piece of  designer paper that had a Wood Look and sponged distress inks over it.  I left a small corner of the paper clean so I could color the lower portion of the image.  I stamped the Flowers in  Grass stamp over it and colored the flowers and leaves with Copic Markers.  I stamped the Hope Sympathy sentiment to complete the card.

Blue Knight - Flower Garden Bridge

 Here are two cards that I created using the Flower Garden Bridge Stamps.  

I stamped the images on white card-stock and colored them both using Copic markers.  I colored them using different colors   I made one tree bare on one card and put leaves on the other one.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Silhouette Grasses

 Hello, Stamping Friends.  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We got cooler temperatures so that made ours a good one.  Last night was a nice night to sit under the Gazebo and to build a fire in the fire pit.  One of my favorite things to do when the temps cool down.

Today I am sharing cards with you that I made using the new Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Silhouette Grasses.   This set comes with three images.

This silhouette grass made a nice place for my Buffalo to stand, don't you think?  I stamped the 

Silhouette Grasses , the silhouette Buffalo and the branches from the Eagle and Foliage stamp set directly on Blue Knight Stormy Skies Designer paper.  I used a sentient from the One line Blessings stamp set.

I stamped the  Silhouette Grasses, the Momma Bears and Friends, the Birds and Sentiment  from the Walk By Faith stamp set directly on white card stock.  I used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and Turquoise ink to make my clouds.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Blossoming Branches

 Good Morning, Friends.  Today I am sharing cards that were made using the Blue Knight Blossoming Branches.  This set comes with 2 images, a small one and a large one.

The first card was made by stamping the image on a piece of designer paper, from my stash, and coloring it with Copic Markers.  I stamped the sentiment from the Blessings One Line Sentiments.  I matted the pieces on black card stock and used a piece of pink designer paper to make the blossoms stand out.

  This card was started by stamping the Milk Can and Barn and the Blossoming Branches image on a piece of white card stock.  I colored them with Copics.  I used the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and blue ink to make the sky.

Happy Birthday Old Cluck

 Hi, well, today I am playing with some older stamps that have not had love in quite a while.  Mark's Finest Paper closed several years ago, but I still love many of their stamps, especially this 2012 set called "Flaps my Waddles".  My Chicken Wire background stamp had not seen the light of day for awhile so I decided to use it with the fun Chicks.   It was fun playing with them again.  

I used different Stampin' Up paper on them and slightly changed the design on the first one from the second one.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Pine Tree Trio

 Hello, Friends,  today I am sharing a couple of cards that I made  with the NEW Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Pine Tree Trio Set.  

The first card was made by stamping the Pine Tree Trio trees and the birds from the Silhouette Tree and Eagles set on white card stock.  I then used a Heidi Pettie Cloud stencil and turquoise ink to apply the clouds.

The second card was made by stamping the Winter Barn stamp on white card stock.  I colored it with Copic markers.  I stamped the trees around the barn and stamped the sentiment on the barn from the Christmas Koala stamp set.  I used the cloud stencil and same into make the sky and I also sponged turquoise ink around on the ground and the roof of the barn.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Panda Bamboo

Well, my friends, here it is August and it is time that school will be starting next week and for some the week after, in our neighboring towns.   It seems like school starts earlier every year.  Long, long, ago, when I went to school, we did not start until after Labor Day, if I am remembering correctly.  :)

Today I have two cards to share with you that I made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Panda Bamboo set.  It comes with the image and a sentiment.

For this card I found this awesome origami paper in my stash.  I found another piece of designer paper that matched well with the origami paper that I stamped my image and sentiment on.  I used a Copic marker to color the bamboo.  The panda looked a little blue so I used a white marker on him.  I used my Cloud Stencil to make the clouds.

I stamped the image and  the Sorrowful Pup sentiment on white card stock.  I used the cloud stencil to make the clouds.   I cut the sentiment out and adhered it  over the clouds.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Bamboo Borders

 Hello, I am back today with cards made with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps. I am using the NEWLY released Bamboo Borders Stamp set.

I chose to use a piece of Designer Paper from my stash to show off the Bamboo.  I used one full stamp of Bamboo on one side of the paper and a partially stamped Bamboo on the other side.  I thought stamping the sentiment in between them was a perfect way to showcase this set.

For this card I used a piece of designer paper and then stamped the Bamboo on one side of it.  Next I took the Blue Knight Rectangle Stencil and Stamp Thru Set and filled the stencil in used a color of ink compatible with the paper.  Once the ink was done, I stamped the Delightful Dandelions sentiment over it.  I used the thicker stencil to make the mask and the thinner stencil to stamp the image.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Fence and Daisies

 Hello, Friends.  I am sharing cards today by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps called Fence and Daisies. This set comes with 2 images, the main fence image and a sentiment.

I started this card by stamping the image on a piece of White Card Stock.  I stamped the fence image  and colored with Copic Markers.  I added the silhouette dogs image and the branches from  The Grove stamp set. I added the clouds using a Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and Tempting Turquoise ink.

This card was made the same as the first one, I just colored it in different colors and the branches were made using the Eagles and Foliage Stamps.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Bird Song

 Hello, Friends.  I hope all is well with you.  The summer is passing by so rapidly.  It is hard to believe it is the middle of July.  August is approaching at record speed, it seems.    

Today I am sharing cards that I made using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps new stamp called "Bird Song".

I started this card by taking a piece of designer paper from my stash that has a wood look to it.  I visioned making the fence look something like Patina.  It doesn't look exactly the way I wanted, but you get the picture, right? :) I used distress inks and sponged them on the fence.  I stamped the Bird Song Image on the fence, I used the Eagle and Foliage stamp on the top of the fence.  I proceeded to stamp in  the

Wedding Couple stamp to complete the main panel.

I started this card by stamping the Bird Song Stamp on the Land and Sea Designer Paper.   TheBranches at the top were created using the Silhouette Cattails stamp.   I stamped the sentiment using an older Blue Knight Set.

Blue Knight Cattails and Lily Pads

Good Morning, Friends.  Hope this finds you all well after the holiday weekend.  My dogs are probably happy it is over.  My Boxer does not care for the loud fireworks.   The Doodle girls seem to do okay with them.

Today I am sharing cards that I made using the Blue Knight Cattails and Lily Pads.  I really enjoyed coloring them.

I stamped the images on white card stock and colored them with Copic Markers.  I used a Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil to make the clouds.  It is amazing how different they look by using different color of markers on them.

Blue Knight- Sea Grass

Good Morning, Friends.  I dd not get to post last week, I had issues with new computer and was unable to get pictures of my cards to post on my blog.  Thankfully, my son came to my rescue and finished lining out problems that was hindering me from posting.  

Today I am featuring cards that were made with the NEW Release from Blue Knight called Sea Grass.  These stamps are perfect to use in water scenes.

 My first card was made by stamping the Little Silhouette Lighthouse, Day at the Lake, Flocks of Birds and the Sea Grass images on white card stock.  I colored the water and beach area using a Copic Marker.  I  used Tempting Turquoise ink and a Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil to create the clouds.  

On the  second card, I used Blue Knight Land and Sea Designer Paper.  I stamped the Silhouette Sailboat image and the Sea Grass directly to the card.

Blue Knight - Silhouette Dogs

 Hello Stamping Friends.   Hope this finds you all well and enjoying the summer.  We have had a lot of rain and I guess that a lot of you have had the same.

Today I am sharing cards I made with the new Silhouette Dogs stamps. 

 

I  stamped the Silhouette Pier and the Silhouette Dogs on white card stock and colored it with Copic Markers.   I used my Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and tempting turquoise ink to make my clouds.

I started this card by stamping the Silhouette Lighthouse stamp and the Silhouette dogs directly on 

Day Sky 3 Designer Paper.  The dogs remind me of two of mine.  I have a Standard Golden Doodle and a Mini Bernedoodle.

I hope you enjoyed my cards.  They were fun to make.

I am still having computer problems and I have a new computer ordered and it will be ready for me to use in about a week.  I am so ready for it.

Cloudy Sky Designer Paper - Blue Knight Rubber Stamps

 Hello, I hope this finds all of you well and doing fine. All  is good here.  My computer is still sick, but I am able to make it work, it just takes 3 times as long to do get things posted.  Maybe a new computer will eventually be an option.

I am sharing cards today that I made using a piece of the NEW Cloudy Sky Designer  Paper.  I added a little bit of ink using the cloud template to give it a little more pizzazz in the first card.  I just wanted to have some clouds in this scene.  

I stamped the images directly on the designer paper.  I used the Tall Pines stamp set on card #1 and I used Pines and Distant Mountains on card #2.

Cloudy Sky Designer Paper - Blue Knight Rubber Stamps

 Hello, Friends.  Hope this finds all of you well and that you had a wonderful weekend.  Hoping that none of you were impacted by the storms.  We had tornado's several towns around us.  It was so sad to see all the devastation of the places that were hit in several states.  Prayers for all.

Today I am sharing cards I made using the Blue Knight Cloudy Sky Designer Paper.  I especially love the piece of paper that I used on both of my cards.

I stamped the Silhouette Deer by the River stamp directly on the designer paper.  That was easy enough.  Another quick card made.  The  sentiment is from the Sincere Condolences One Line Sentiments.

On this card I stamped the Little Silhouette Lighthouse Stamp directly on the Cloud Sky designer paper.

I added the Flocks of Birds in the sky and added the sentiment from Blessings One Line Sentiments.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Land & Sea Designer Paper

Hello Friends,  I am sharing a couple of cards that I was unable to post last week  due to computer issues.  Thankfully, they have now been resolved.    These cards were made using the new Land and Sea Designer paper.  They were both super quick to make, thanks to the paper.  The images ere stamped directly on the paper.  The main stamps used were Day at the Lake and Silhouette Palm Tree.
