Blue Knight - Pine Tree Path

Happy Memorial Day weekend to all of my American Friends.  It is a busy weekend for most of us whether it be visiting cemeteries of loved ones or having a cookout. 

The card I am showing today is made with Blue Knight Rubber stamps.  I used the Pine Tree Path and the Bible Verses 1.

You Know Where You Go For Lying?

I love this cute little guy crossing his fingers as he tells a white lie.  He just didn't have the heart to say the person really looked 5 years older.   ~smile~  The image is called Fingers Crossed #13518 by QKR Stampede.  The inside of the card says " Honest, you don't look a day over 39".   The sentiment is QKR Stampede Honest #13508.  The designer paper I used  is by Fancy Pants.  The image was colored with copics.

Flourishes - Embossing

The Friends of Flourishes Blog Team has a new challenge today.   We were to make cards with embossing on our cards.  I wanted to use the Flourishes image Baseball Boys Strike one so I thought my bubble embossing folder would look with it.  I colored my image using copics and turned my rectangles a little to give it more interest.

QKR Stampede - Resting Chicken

Here is a card I made for the QKR Stampede Blog challenge this week.  The theme is "Winged Things".    I used the QKR image Resting Chicken #24122.   The sentiment was computer generated.  The inside says,  "I am one totally cracked Chick".

Graduation Card

Here is a graduation card I made for my grand-daughter  using a House Mouse stamp.  She told me this was her favorite of all the cards I had given her.  The sentiment is computer generated and I added red and silver sequins to the card.

Flourishes Luscious Layers

Good Morning, Friends.   Here it is Saturday again and time for another Friends of Flourishes challenge.    Our challenge this week is to use Silver on our cards.    I used the Flourishes Digital set called Luscious Layers.   I colored my image with copic markers  with the exception of the cake stand and I used a silver colored pencil for it.    I used Spellbinders Radiant Rectangle dies and Fancy Tag 1.

Blue Knight ~ Under My Umbrella

Today's WT634 challenge: Has everything to do with "u". Or you. Or ewe, etc. There are many choices-- such as umbrella, underwater, universe, etc.   I decided I would use my Blue Knight stamps
Beach Scene,  Beach Chairs and Accessories and Bible Verse 2.   I sponged the clouds using a scalloped circle template and I colored my accessories using copic markers.  My finishing touch was adding sailboats.
