Fishing At Willow Lake

Sorry I was MIA for a while.  I was getting things ready for Easter.  On Saturday before Easter I came down with a stomach bug that liked me enough to stay for five days.   All is good now and I am ready to make some cards.

Today I was playing with my Blue Knight Rubber Stamps - Willow Lake Stamp.  I decided to show how to use it just using part of the stamp.  I grabbed a few fishing embellishments to use with it.  I was lacking a fishing pole so I used a twig with twine to make one.  The pole doesn't show up well in the picture, but it looks pretty cute IRL.  I used glue and glue dots to attach it to my card.    The image was colored with Copics.  The fish looks like it is resin, but it is a sticker.

Thanks, for coming by and taking a look at my card.  Have a fabulous weekend.

  5. What a beautiful scene and I love the colors and all the fantastic layers to show this design off. So cute the way you made an old fashioned fishing pole. I remember using something similar to that when I was a kid. And, that was a long time ago. LOL
