Background Trees

Hello, hope you all had a great weekend.  We celebrated Father's Day yesterday.   It was good to see both of our children.  We had a great visit.

Today I am showcasing cards made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Background Trees.  I am visualizing lots of uses for this stamp.

My first card was made by stamping the image on white card stock and then I used my Heidi Pettie Cloud stencil and DOX ink to create the clouds.   I added the Silhouette Sportsman stamp and viola my card is done.   An easy peasy card.  I like the pink sky.  It reminds me of how the sky looks sometimes in the early morning hours.

My second card was even easier than the first card.  I used designer paper and stamped my image over it.  I then stamped the
Silhouette Moose between the trees as a finishing touch.

I hope you enjoyed the cards.  Don't forget to look at yesterdays post about the stamp sets.

Have a wonderful week and try to stay cool in the terrible heat that we have been having.

  4. Two great cards, both designs are fab. Isn't it strange how changing the background colour creates a completely different look.
