Winter Cabin Snow Globe

Today I am sharing a card made with the Blue Knight Rubber Stamp called "A Winter Cabin in the Woods".  I had fun making this one.  It may look like it was hard to color, but it really was not.   The snow was drawn on the trees so I didn't have to do anything to the them other than add some green to them.  The cabin was colored in record time.  I just added a little blue on the snowy roof and colored in the cabin.

I used a Snow Globe die by Our Daily Bread Designs. I went through my stash of paper and found one that went perfectly with the red in the chimney of the cabin.  I added the flower and sentiment to complete the project.

This snow scene is what our area is suppose to be receiving this evening along with ice.  I don't mind the snow so much, but I wish I could cancel the ice storm.  I think I will make some Broccoli Cheese Soup tomorrow which should be perfect for a snowy day.  I made some in the Pressure Cooker last week and it was great.

Thanks, for coming by today and taking a look at my card.

I wouldn't mind being "holed up" in this cabin in the snow - as long as I had my stamping stuff to play with - how about you??
