Blue Knight Rubber Stamps-Bridge and Stream

Today I am sharing two cards I made with the new Blue Knight Rubber Stamps-Bridge and Stream.  I made cards that reflect Spring and Winter to show how you can make cards using one stamp, but have a different look.

For the first card, I stamped the image on white card stock.  I used Copic markers to color the image.  I, then, took my Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and blue ink to make my puffy clouds.  I just recently made this exact card for my son for his birthday.  I added  a Happy Birthday sentiment in the clouds.

My second card was made the same as the first card with the exception of the snow.  I put Zig two way glue over the snow and sprinkled Diamond Dust (glitter) over the top of it.

Thank you, all, for coming by today to check out my cards.  You are very appreciated and it makes my day seeing your comments.  Have a wonderful week.

  6. I love your first card with the warm look of springtime, but what a surprise to see how you changed it up for the "winter" card - a darker sky to accentuate the bare trees and dazzling diamonds on the 'snowy' ground - most definitely a stroke of genius! You sure do get double duty out of all your stamps!!!

  9. You are clever to create two very different scenes using this one stamp, they have a completely different feel to them - amazing sky technique too.
