Horse and Sleigh

Hello, Everyone, and Happy Monday to you.   Hope you all have had a great weekend.  I spent most of mine laying around and trying to recuperate from having sinus/allergy problems.  Thankful that I went to the doctor on Thursday so I was at least a little better for the weekend.

I have cards to share that were made using the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps Horse and Sleigh.  I think this set and the Light of the World set will be my Christmas card choice this year.

For my first card I started off using pattern paper that I got in a 12 X 12 Recollections Guilded Paper pad.  This paper is really pretty and has several colors in it. I started out by stamping my Horse and Sleigh image with Versamark along with Black embossing powder.  I used my Heidi Pettie Cloud tencil and turquoise ink to make the clouds in the background.  My last step was adhering a Merry Christmas sticker that is written in gold.   This was a quick and easy Christmas card.

My second card was made by stamping the Mountain Scene image on white card stock.  I then stamped in the horse and sleigh.  The sky was made using the Heidi Pettie Cloud Stencil and Distress inks.  I colored the water using a Copic Marker.

This is  a bonus card, I was having such a good time with this stamp set, I couldn't stop with just two.  The paper pad had a sheet of paper that had some 4 X 4 squares on it.  Here is one that I decide to stamp the horse and sleigh on.  I had some leftover pieces of embossed paper and some icicles that I decided to use, I need to get some of that stuff on some cards.  :). This card had the same detail on stamping as the first card.

Thanks, so much, for coming by to see me today.  Have a great week.
