CCEE Challenge

The CCEE Stampers challenge this week is to make a card for a new home or apartment.
I think this is the first time I have used this Stampin' Up set, Right at home. The house were colored with copics and I sponged the clouds, added the fence border, lace and ribbon. The cardstock is Cool Carribean, love that color, I hope Stampin' Up brings it back some day. I decided to add stitching and that went pretty good this time. Other times, not so good.

I hope you enjoyed my pastel/spring looking colors. Thanks, for coming by.

Party Time Tuesday - Anything goes

  1. Love, love your bright happy colours and butterfly background.
Being used to stitching on fabric where you can stretch slightly to get corners right, I do find it hard sometimes on paper, where you can't stretch it at all!

  2. Oh, you did stitching!!! I want to but never find time to practice and, believe me, I need to before I put it on a card.
I love your peachy colors, beautiful paper, and fun row of houses. Great job on the challenge, Shirley!!

  3. Those pastel houses and the dp are just wonderful! I love that you added the brown fence. The juxtaposition is fab, Shirley!

  4. I sure love this - wouldn't mind living on this pretty street - the pastel colors look fabulous, and I love that you are stitching on your cards! The fencing and the lace and ribbon 'tie' it all together! LOL - love it!

  5. I want to live in the middle blue house and the entire upstairs can be my stamping area! Your card is colored perfectly, Shirt, and the image is so darn cute!! What a wonderful card - I love it - big smiles!

  6. Ooooo! I love the pretty pastels and your terrific multi-loop bow and stitching, Shirt the Squirt. This is very, very pretty!!

  7. These little houses are so sweet, and I just love the colours and the sweet picket fence. So beautifully done Shirley!

  8. Sweet card - I love it! It would make me feel very welcome if I ever moved! Fun stitching. Has SU!ever brought a color back? I wish they would!!! Hugz.

  9. this is just the sweetest card.....anyone with a new home/apt. would just smile at the sweet neighborhood and colors used here

  10. The image in the card remind me a place where I have lived at some time!
